I can never say enough great things about all staff at Waggerz! This go around I had both of my small children plus 100+ pound dog. They were so sweet and came and got her out of the car and brought her back to the car at pickup. I brought my English Springer Spaniel to Waggerz Groom Room this am for haircut. He has some emotional separation anxiety issues due to previous owner situation. George did awesome. I want to thank so much the awesome groomer and his assistant and front desk assistant. They were all more than I expected. They took their time with George and made a very nervous situation easier. I would highly recommend them for any grooming needs and George already has another appt. scheduled for his next visit. I also want to thank the groomer Savannah who performed an amazing an excellent job on my four year old peakapoo Lola. She looks absolutely beautiful! A photo is worth a thousand words and this place deserves all the praise. If you can trim the nails of an overly dramatic Belgian Malinois, you deserve some kind of award! My dog is convinced every nail trim is a life-or-death event, but they handle the theatrics with endless patience, kindness, and a great sense of humor. They never rush, always stay calm, and somehow manage to get the job done without making my dog (or me!) feel stressed. It’s obvious they truly understand dogs—especially the high-energy, opinionated ones. I’m so grateful to have found a groomer I completely trust. If they can handle my Malinois’s Oscar-worthy performance every visit, they can handle just about any dog. Highly, highly recommend!![Google]()

I recently moved to NC from Texas - looked around for a groomer for my 4 little fur kiddos/ Waggerz was recommended from another groomer that currently has her hands full - best recommendation ever! Our fur boy is very reactive. We've been through a few groomers with him and some wouldn't even try to groom him. He is a rescue and we don't know why he is the way he is but he IS. I am so thankful for Waggerz Groom Room (Garner location) that was willing to try to groom him. Shasha was his groomer and she did a great job with him! She knows what she's doing! The whole experience from check-in (everything was explained totally about what they would do and fees if this or that had to take place) to pick-up was a good experience. I was so nervous leaving him there and we were on pins and needles until they called and said he was ready. I wish we would've found them sooner. Thank you, Waggerz Groom Room!
