My dog was a new client today after our previous groomer dismissed us due to him becoming nippy during his appointments. The Waggerz staff didn't even seemed fazed by this and was able to do his full bath and comfort cut with additional handling by another groomer. I'm so happy they are willing and able to work with my old man. Highly recommend them!![Google]()

After some initial drama from one of my demons, things seemed to go well. No staff members died during the 5 hour grooming and my pups look AMAZING! Everyone there is so good with the dogs, no matter their size or temperament. Everyone is friendly, patient and the facility is clean. This was the demons first time being groomed besides a bath at home. They are not traumatized, look and smell amazing, nails are in great shape and I don't feel like I need to do anything else. For both dogs it was only 170$. FOR BOTH!! This was BEYOND what I expected for price!! I was expecting 400-500$ and I could not be happier with it all! I was given a 'report card' for their behavior and overall condition, (ears, teeth, etc.) and for puppies that are just at 6 months old, it's a miracle the groomers survived! Waggerz Groom Room did an AMAZING job on my standard poodle- Bear. Bear was severely matted and they explained their matted policy to me in detail and left him looking brand new. They also helped me schedule the next appointment so the matting situation doesn’t happen again. I high recommend Waggerz!!![Google]()
